Overview

This page explains how to request deletion of your Inoh account and associated data.

How to Request Deletion

Email us at stereophonics0215@gmail.com with the subject line:

Delete Account - Inoh

Please include the email address associated with your Inoh account so we can verify the request.

Data We Delete

• Account information (email address and authentication record)
• User content (vocabulary decks and learning progress)

Data We May Retain

• Minimal records required for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes
• Backup data retained for a limited period as part of routine system backups

Retention Period

We complete deletion requests within 30 days. Backup data may persist for up to 30 additional days before being purged.
